The Merchant Adventurer’s Hall, York.

The Merchant Adventurers street sign was carved out of a large piece of laminated mahogany to give the impression of the fabric folds of a hanging banner.  The banner displays a continued civic heritage with the medieval city of York contrasting with the plastic shop signage around it.
